1.) Standard Rate:

 a) Bookings up to 6 nights:

Reservations of up to 6 nights do not require prepayment;

The customer can cancel free of charge up to 15 days before arrival.

On the 14th day before the stay, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

If the customer cancels within the 14 days of reserved stay, there will be no refund.

In case of no-show, there will be no refund.

b) Bookings 7 nights or longer:

Reservations of 7 nights or longer have 5% discount.

If booking 7 nights or more we require a 20% prepayment;

The customer can cancel free of charge up to 15 days before arrival forfeiting 50% of the down payment (10% of the total amount).

On the 14th day before the stay, the remaining amount of the reservation is charged.

If the customer cancels within the 14 days prior booked stay, there will be no refund.

In case of no-show, there will be no refund.

 

2.) Non-refundable rate :

The "non-refundable" rate has a 10% discount on the standard rate.

Payment is due in full at the time of booking.

There will be no refund in case of cancellation of the reservation.

 

Other policies:

Free WIFI in all Studios.

No damage deposit is charged but we reserve the right to collect damages after the stay by debiting the credit card on the basis of an invoice for the damage caused.

Children under 0 years old can stay free as long as they sleep with their parents.

A "Baby kit" includes bath, crib, towels and bed and bath linen and costs €20/night.

Children aged 1 to 17 are considered adults.

We do not allow cats.

1 - 2 dogs allowed in apartments with balcony/terrace and subject to confirmation. The cost of 1 dog is €50 per stay.

Parties and the production of disturbing noises from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am are prohibited.
