Our air-conditioned "Premium One Bedroom Studio 9 with Rooftop Terrace" with its 84m2 + 26m2 (with retractable sunroof!) facing east- south - west is most probably one of the best apartment in the neighbourhood Cais do Sodré.

When entering Studio 9 passing below the original roof-plank structure you will just have to admit that you are one of the lucky ones` and could live here forever. 

The blue bedroom with its master bed (1.60m x 2.00m) faces Time Out Market /Mercado da Ribeira to the south. In a hidden cosy corner of the living area we prepare a queen-sized bed (1,40m x 2.00m) and/or 1 -till 3  singles ( 0,70m x 2,00m) which are apart of the living area. if requested we can prepare a single bed on

the big sofa. 

Therefore this premium Studio 9 is amazing for individual travellers, couples and families.

There is the fully equipped kitchen with an island and dishwasher and washing machine. Behind that the best Rooftop Terrace in this area facing west towards sunset. 

Relax on the 2 swing-chairs on the terrace, make a barbecue and breathe the fresh air from all the green plants here.

All linen and towels are provided, just like lots of amenities.
