Our newest and open spaced, air-conditioned "Deluxe Studio 5 with Terrace and Mezzanine“(with retractable sunroof) is the one we offer with the biggest Mezzanine ( attic). 3 skylights let the warm Portuguese sun shine inside and honours the special light Lisbon is known for. Looking out offers a nice view to the BICA hill on its‘ left and the River Tejo to its‘ right side.

When staying in Studio 5 with its´ 63,67 m2 + 9,60m2 terrace the sensation of an oasis in the middle of historical Lisboa is what you will be feeling.

The contemporary decoration contains palm trees together with the green white stripes of the wallpaper and cheered up with straw and wood elements.  

The master bed (1.60m x 2.00m) and a sofa bed ( for 1 person ) are placed on the charming Mezzanine. Below it, there is another queen-sized bed or 2 single beds (0,70m x 2,00m)  in a comfortable corner of the living area. 

The terrace comes with a  BBQ.

 Studio 5 is suitable for individual travellers, couples and families.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, just like a bunch of further amenities to provide you are more comfortable stay. All linen and towels are provided. ​
